| Raggle Taggle are an exciting folk
group who play a huge range of styles from around the world, including
English, Irish, Scottish, Gypsy, Klezmer, Eastern European, Cajan,
and American. Their name comes the traditional song “The Raggle
Taggle Gypsies”.
Raggle Taggle features a number of talented musicians including
Tim Woods who studied at the Royal School of Music, and Jim Cook
who also plays with “Beyond the Pale” and “Wyld
Angelica”.
Raggle Taggle consists of :
- Alun Griffiths – guitar and vocals
- Maryon Childs – percussion and vocals
- Jim Cook – Flute, Whistle, Banjo, Clarinet
and Sax
- Tim Woods – Whistle, Recorder, Viola
- David Kirkman – Fiddle
- Alan Paton – Boudhran
- John Pearce – Accordion
